Smoked arctic char w/ celeriac croquette, quail egg, & wild rice 12

Roast breast and fried leg of chicken with cheddar grits and bacon dressing 20

Gnocchi with rosemary & parsnip 16

Grilled loin & cheek of whey-fed pork with sweet potato, roast sunchokes and poached rhubarb 20

Char-grilled burger & thrice cooked English chips with thyme aioli, aged cheddar, pickled onions etc. 15

Sirloin steak with foil-baked gem potatoes, charred onion & walnut-kale pesto 24

  2. Our first time there tonight and we loved it, especially when you can have a Dillon's white rye with your food. Glad to have them in our neighbourhood.
